At Her Health Network, we’re on a mission to challenge the status quo in women’s healthcare. For far too long, women have been told that their pain is “normal,” their concerns are “imagined,” or that they should simply “get on with it.” We refuse to accept that.
Her Health Network is a safe and empowering space for young women navigating the often-overlooked realities of gynaecological conditions, neurological disorders, and mental health challenges. From endometriosis to ADHD, PCOS to depression, we’re here to provide the education, support, and advocacy the healthcare system so often fails to deliver.
Why We Exist
The disparities in women’s healthcare are glaring. It’s unacceptable that:
- Conditions like endometriosis take up to a decade to diagnose.
- Neurological disorders in women are frequently missed due to outdated diagnostic criteria.
- Mental health issues remain shrouded in stigma.
We created Her Health Network to change that narrative by focusing on three key pillars:
